  • How do I qualify for the High-Volume Pricing Plan?
    To qualify for our High-Volume Pricing Plan, you must have 5 or more properties or require regular recurring cleaning services. The plan includes discounts, priority scheduling, and flexible payment options.
  • How much does a cleaning service cost?
    Our prices depend on the size of the property. For example, a 2-bedroom apartment starts at $250, and a 3-bedroom house starts at $350. We also offer discounts for high-volume clients, as well as special pricing plans for bulk bookings.
  • What types of cleaning services does No More Payne offer?
    We offer move-in/move-out cleaning, turnover cleaning, and post-eviction cleaning for residential properties. We also specialize in foreclosure cleanings and are in the process of expanding our services to include property rehabilitation.
  • What is your payment policy?
    For high-volume customers, we offer extended payment terms (Net 30 or Net 60). For regular clients, payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.
  • Do you offer any discounts?
    Yes! We offer a 15% discount for high-volume customers who book multiple properties or recurring services. Additionally, we provide discounts for bulk bookings and special pricing plans for high-volume clients.
  • Do you provide services outside of Harford County?
    We primarily serve Harford County, but we do offer services in neighboring areas.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
    We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within less than 48 hours, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Late cancellations incur a 50% service charge.
  • Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
    No, you do not need to be present during the cleaning. We will coordinate with you to arrange access to the property, and you can trust our team to handle everything with professionalism and care.
  • How do I schedule a cleaning?
    You can schedule a cleaning by contacting us directly through our website, by email, or by calling our office. For high-volume clients, we also offer priority scheduling to ensure faster service.
